Zedz hat mit Delta und Marc Maurer an dem Incustruct Project gearbeitet, welches sich mit der Verschmelzung von Graffiti und Architektur auseinandergesetzt hat. Sein Stil ist sehr grafisch und technisch orientiert. Zedz ist durch seinen 3D Style bekannt geworden. Er wirkt und lebt momentan in Amsterdam.
Give a short description of yourself and your style.
I started doing graffiti when I was about 14 years old.
Si nce that time it has been my aim to develop as a graffiti writer
both in getting fame as well as in gathering and developing style and
knowledge at an interesting level. My style developed from legible type-lettering in to some more experimental and abstract computer like or multi layered, simple- up to hard- or impossible to read 3d letter objects.
When and how you discovered streetart for yourself?
I didn’t discover streetart so much as streetart did discover me.
I was not so much aware of the movement until I realized
that I was a part of it already. I knew I was doing graffiti when I was
doing it, I never considered it as that I was doing streetart. So I might say
I found out about it when media and opinion started to use
this terminology for referring to this movement and certain graphical
